Where do you ship?
We ship around the world. Since all products will be shipped from the United States, so it will take a little longer when it's shipped outside North America.

How much does the shipping cost?
To provide you a simplified shopping experience, our price includes standard economy shipping fees and handling fees.

How about tax?
When it's shipped to continental US, there will be no additional tax. Most countries do not charge tax. But check and only rely on your country's custom duty policies.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Please allow 7-9 business days if the product is shipped to a continental US destination. Please an additional 3-4 days for Canada, UK, Australia, and 3-7 days to the rest of the world.

Can I order express delivery?
Yes, absolutely. For continental US, our express delivery (2-3 business days) is avaiable with additional $15 per item express charge. For Canada, the additional express delivery (3-4 business days) cost is $25 per item. If you are interested in express delivery, please contact us before you place your order.
